where to get dialga and palkia

on pearl:you catch palkia by beating the 8th gym and beating team galactic and going through to the top of mt. coronet. diamond:you catch dialga by doing the same as on pearl.

how to catch a gible and evolve it on pokemon platinum:go to wayward cave(the one under the bridge).bike around till you find one.then evolve it on level 26 to a gabite then evolve it on level 48 into a garchomp.
